1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cr8tivs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cr8tivs. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant Cr8tivs a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Payments & Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in GBP via Stripe or GoCardless. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Cr8tivs reserves the right to hold funds pending verification or fraud investigations. Processing times are 3–5 business days. See our Dispute & Refund Policy for details on chargebacks and payment disputes.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonating other users or entities
- Attempting to manipulate ratings, engagement, or payments
- Using the platform for money laundering or fraud
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may request account deletion at any time via Settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cr8tivs is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
